This heavy – canvas-like – cotton interlining has a similar weight and feel to Decovil Light stabilizer . Ideal for reinforcing the outer fabric of your bag.
The magic is the adhesive side. It has an allover adhesive side that melts at low temperatures (Wool setting – 90°C – 194°F) and quickly (3-4 seconds).
Do not use steam.
