Our products sold by the metre are priced and sold per 10 cm, unless otherwise stated.

All our prices are in euros. Prices include VAT but exclude shipping costs.
Shipping costs are added at checkout and depend on the order amount and the destination country.
For orders of at least €150 shipped within Belgium or to the Netherlands, shipping is free. Free shipping does not apply during promotional actions or sales periods.
For international shipping, the rate valid at the time of the order applies.
While we take the utmost care in maintaining our website, it is possible that the information provided may be incomplete, contain material errors, or be out of date.
If you have specific questions about, for example, sizes, colours, availability, delivery time, or delivery method, please contact us in advance.
De Stoffenmadam is only bound by an obligation of means regarding the accuracy or completeness of the information provided. De Stoffenmadam is in no case liable for material errors, typos or printing errors.
After placing your order, you will receive an automatically generated email confirming your order. If an item is unexpectedly out of stock, you will be notified within two working days. Orders can only be placed via the webshop.
Payments must be completed in a single transaction. At checkout, you can choose from various payment methods. Items are only prepared for shipment once the payment has been registered by De Stoffenmadam. If the order is not paid immediately, there is always a risk that the items will no longer be in stock by the time payment is received. You will be notified of this via email.
After receiving your payment, your package will be shipped within two working days. All packages are shipped via Bpost, DHL, or DPD. Delivery within Belgium is estimated at three working days, though this is not binding. Madeline De Stoffenmadam is not responsible for delayed deliveries caused by strikes, unexpected holidays, or busy periods (e.g., Christmas) at the shipping companies. No delay in delivery can result in cancellation of the purchase or any compensation to the buyer, except in cases of intentional delay caused by the seller. Incorrect delivery addresses are the responsibility of the buyer and may result in additional costs.
Delivered items remain the exclusive property of De Stoffenmadam until full payment has been made by the customer.
However, the risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer upon handover to the courier.
You have the right to withdraw from the sales agreement and/or return the delivered items without penalty or reason within 14 calendar days of delivery. If you wish to exercise this right, you must return the goods, at your own risk and expense, in their original condition and packaging to:

Returns of fabrics sold by the metre are only accepted for a minimum length of 50 cm. Items that were specifically designed or customised for the customer cannot be returned.
The following items will not be accepted for return:
Items that have been washed
Items that are used or incomplete
Items with opened packaging
Fabric cuts shorter than 50 cm
Custom-made or specially ordered items
The purchase amount will be refunded once we have received the returned items.
Your registration is only confirmed after full payment of the workshop.
If you wish to cancel your registration, the following conditions apply:
Can we refill your spot in time?
If you have not yet received any course materials or access to our online academy, your registration fee will be fully refunded.
If you have received course materials or online access, you will receive 70% of your fee back – unless you choose to reschedule for the same workshop at a later date, in which case we will simply move your booking forward.
If we cannot fill your spot in time or in case of no-show:
Your registration fee will not be refunded, but you will receive all course materials so you can work on the project at home.
De Stoffenmadam reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a workshop/course/event at any time due to illness, force majeure, or insufficient registrations. In such cases, the registration fee will be fully refunded.
Purchases of digital products that are delivered immediately cannot be refunded. For online workshops, you receive instant access to all content. For PDF patterns, the files are immediately sent to your email inbox.
Refunds are not possible for online workshops or digital products.
Complaints regarding visible damage or quality issues must be submitted in writing within eight days of delivery.
Our warranty is limited to hidden defects and consumer warranty as provided in the Belgian Civil Code. We are only liable for damage resulting from intent or gross negligence. We are not liable for general or specific indirect damages of any kind suffered by the buyer.
We are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage during shipping via couriers. All products are packaged with the greatest care to minimise the risk of damage.
By placing an order, you agree to the use of your personal data for managing the order, shipping and invoicing, marketing, and promotions. Processing for marketing purposes is only done if you have explicitly agreed to it. Your data will not be shared with third parties. You always have the right to access and correct your data and to object to its use for direct marketing.
All agreements with the seller are governed by Belgian law. The courts of Antwerp have exclusive jurisdiction.
Sharing photos from the webshop is only permitted with clear credit to Madeline De Stoffenmadam and inclusion of a link to www.destoffenmadam.be.
